The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology is now certifying obgyn specialists.
They are trained to treat pregnant women who have preexisting conditions such as obesity, diabetes, or hypertension.
But the new certification is about to expand to include obgyn students who want to pursue other medical degrees, such as a master’s in general internal medicine or a PhD in obstetrics, childbirth, and related sciences.
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, obgyn specialty training is needed to be able to diagnose and treat the complications of pregnancy, such atence or postpartum depression.
According the American Society of General Practitioners, ob-gyns also have an “unusual role in health care delivery” and must be able “to provide care in the health care environment.”
OB-GYN training has traditionally been part of a doctor’s residency or medical school training.
But now, as part of the new curriculum, obgyns will have to complete at least six years of postgraduate training in general health sciences.
The American Academy says the certification will “improve the ability of ob-gyn specialists to effectively serve the health needs of women in pregnancy, childbirth and related care.”
Ob-gynes also have to pass a written exam to obtain the credential.
There is a $500 fee for the certification.
It’s not just OB-gyn students that will be affected.
The certification will be open to OB-gyneas who are already in general practice, including obstetricians, obstetric specialists, and obstetric nurses.
It will also include obstetrician assistants and nurse midwives, who are trained in the delivery of babies.
OB-Gyneas will also be able apply for the position.
The training program will be offered online and at participating clinics, and the certification fee will be waived.
But as with any new certification, the process will be more expensive than the medical school certificate.
The certificate will be available for a one-time fee of $7,500.
In addition, the American Association of OB-Gyns will award the certification to ob-GYNs who have completed two years of training.
The AMA expects the certification certification will take about a year to complete, according to the association.
Ob-GYNS currently work in about 200 clinics in the United States, according the association, with a total of over 200,000 OB-gyns practicing in the country.
The association says it is a growing industry that includes OB-Women, OB-Neutrinos, OBGYNs, and OB-Assists.
